I begin with a meeting to understand your concept: the type of event, audience, goals, mood, and practical needs.

Plan the Space, Visuals & Logistics
I develop a clear plan covering venue options, spatial design, event graphics, promotion, ticketing, and technical requirements.

Production & On-Site Coordination
On the event day, I manage the location, front-of-house, ticket checks, flow, sound and light coordination, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
4.
Capture & Wrap-Up
I handle photography and videography, and after the event you receive your content along with a clean debrief and any follow-up support needed.
Pricing
I offer base production fees + scalable execution costs, with optional revenue-share models for events relying on ticket sales.
Production Fee
Covers planning, logistics, management
Small Events (≤80 attendees — comedy nights, small performances) €500
Medium Events (80–250 attendees — showcases, launches, community events) €1,500
Large Events (250–800+ attendees — conferences, brand events, festivals) €3,000+
Optional Ticket Revenue-share:
30% of ticket sales
Revenue-share is only available for small or ticket-based events. It includes production and execution fee except the spatial design.
Execution Fee
Covers day-of operations, photo/video, crew
Small Events (≤80 attendees — comedy nights, small performances) €300–€600
Medium Events (80–250 attendees — showcases, launches, community events) €1,000–€2,000
Large Events (250–800+ attendees — conferences, brand events, festivals) €2,500–€4,000
Spatial Design Fee
Covers space planning, attendee flow, and on-site styling.
Small Events (≤80 attendees — comedy nights, small performances) €300–€500
Medium Events (80–250 attendees — showcases, launches, community events) €1,000–€2,000
Large Events (250–800+ attendees — conferences, brand events, festivals) €2,500–€3,000
